Data Processing
Your data, encrypted under your key — and never copied.
Zero-copy by architecture. Your data is processed under a key only you hold — and nothing of it is kept.
Zero-copy by design
Your data is never copied to our storage. It is processed in memory, under your key, and nothing of it is retained afterward. Zero-copy isn’t a setting you switch on — it’s how the system is built.
You hold the key
Your data is encrypted under a customer-managed key (CMK) that you control and that stays with you. Nextvise operates under that key — it cannot read your data without it, and no one else has access. You hold it; only you.
Nothing of your data is kept
We don’t retain your content, we don’t share it, and we never use it to train models. What passes through is yours and stays yours.
What is kept is the record — not your data
Every enforcement decision is written to a cryptographic, tamper-evident audit trail: the verdict, the rule it was checked against, the evidence. That record is immutable — nothing in it is deleted or overwritten, not even by us. It is the record of what was enforced, not a copy of your data — and it is yours to inspect.
Formal terms
A formal Data Processing Agreement is available for client deployments.
