Customer-controlled processing
Enterprise customer data is processed only under the customer agreement, documented instructions and the deployment boundary selected by the customer. The customer determines the permitted purpose and authorised users.
Deployment boundary
Nextvise supports cloud, sovereign cloud, on-premises and air-gapped deployment. Data location, external connectivity and operational access are defined for the chosen deployment model.
Security controls
Processing is protected through identity and access controls, encryption, logging, least privilege and change management appropriate to the environment. Customer-specific requirements are documented during implementation.
Subprocessing, retention and return
Any authorised subprocessors, retention periods and return or deletion obligations are defined in the applicable data processing agreement. On-premises and air-gapped deployments may operate entirely inside the customer environment.
