Scope
This notice applies to the Nextvise website, briefing requests and direct business communications. Customer deployments are governed by the applicable customer agreement and data processing terms.
Information we receive
We may receive business contact details, correspondence and information voluntarily supplied when an organisation requests a briefing. The website does not require a public user account.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, evaluate a requested use case, maintain business records, protect the service and meet applicable legal obligations. Nextvise does not sell personal information.
Optional website analytics
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics measures visits and page views using cookies and sends usage information to Google. Analytics is not loaded before you accept. You can decline or change your choice at any time using Analytics settings in the footer.
Retention and security
Business information is retained only for the period required for the relevant relationship, legitimate business purpose or legal obligation. Access is limited and protected through administrative and technical controls.

You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by contacting contact@nextvise.ai. The request will be handled under the law applicable to the relevant relationship.
